this summer my parents & younger bro steven moved in w/ us into our mother in law suite upstairs. and i've loved every minute of it! hopefully they have too....it helps because we're a very open family & say what's on our minds. the laundry day assignments also helped & that my dad is a clean/organizing freak & my mom has made it easy to have dinner on the table, will stop whatever she's doing to help me & steven is a good sport for sharing a room w/ a kid who likes to kick u in the back in the middle of the night.
this christmas jack & jacki spent the night christmas eve and it was so fun having them there, jacki was so excited for the kids to wake up & see all their gifts that jacki woke them up probably way before they would've been up, there the only kids i know that sleep in on christmas morning. this year rex's parents stopped by so we didn't leave the house all christmas day it was just perfect. i'm so thankful for such a wonderful family, we have so much fun together.

my cousin stacey was so sweet to do our pictures like she does every year....thank goodness she knows what she's doing! i'm just so glad we are done. my kiddos are getting so big tatum is 9 and in 3rd grade & she's my little momma helper. sydney is 6 in 1st grade & full of spunk but still our little sweet pea. landon is 5 in preschool & is breaking out of shell...& is just laid back as always:)

tatum has been bugging me to add something new to my blog so.....how many years has it been???? this summer we took a little day trip to tonto creek & to my grandparents cabin with cousins & friends. we went to the fish hatchery, played well 1st hiked to play in the water, had a picnic, & later relaxed at the cabin & enjoyed the cool weather.

my friend aimee has found love and is actually getting married on my birthday. this was her last night out on the town as a single girl! we started out the night out at the ocean clubthere were about 17 of us and we had so much fun enjoying all the fun stories about when we all first met aimee or just some great stories. we also enjoyed some very yummy food i've only ate there one time before & have craved it ever since!

then we ended up at the new w hotel that just opened in scottsdale, it's very nice we ended up hanging out on the lounge chairs by the pool. we also took lots of pictures. we sat & talked a lot....if anyone knows aimee she can talk. i just want to wish aimee the best of luck & i want her to know i love her & that i know she'll make the best wife.

this weekend we went up to show low for rex's parents 45th anniversary party. they have just recently bought land up there & they've had the older kids up to visit, but we hadn't been up yet. they are there a lot in fact tatum said today why aren't grandma & grandpa ever here? it's there dream to be back there & now that they are both retired they are able to go back & forth whenever they like.
i didn't take one picture sorry, but we had such a fun time seeing a bunch of family that we usually don't see. it was fun hanging out playing games, letting the kids run wild....they were so dirty! the best part was riding on the quads they were fighting to ride them so grandma would pile them on. we had a great time, thanks for the invite & happy anniversary!

dad was going to be out of town so we all got together for lunch we
had so much fun. here's one of the pictures of papa & the grand kids being

i just had to let my dad know that i love him so much! i know it's way passed

father's day,but i just wanted to share a little about how great my dad is.

my dad is so fun & very positive the only time to worry is when my dad's worried

except for when something scary has happened, like someone getting hurt he

completely freaks out! it's really kind of funny. one of the best things about my dad

is that he loves his family & always wants us around. whenever any of us would

leave to go out of town the minute we left he would tell the rest of us that he missed

us too much & wished we were back home. there's so many things, but i just wanted

you to know your the best & i love you. i also wanted my sweet husband to know

how much i appreciate & love him. you are such a great dad to our 3 wonderful kids.

a couple of sundays ago we had just got home from church and i was making lunch. landon got in trouble doing something naughty to syd and when he came out of time out, i told him you need to tell sydney sorry to her face. so he went over to her and said "sydney sorry to your face!" me and tatum laughed so hard. i had to post about it, he's actually starting to try to talk the girls can translate the best.

i had to put this picture on it's so cute. we had so much fun this weekend rex was out of town with randall and dustin and mike was also out of town so on friday i shopped with emily, amanda, and jeni. then later that night we had dinner at the grand luxe and we went to see baby mama again it was even funnier the second time!

saturday i did do a friends hair that morning then i had promised the girls they could get their nails done and they wanted subway so thats what we did and i quickly became the best mom ever. then i met my mom for a facial rex set it up for mother's day, he's so sweet! it was so nice and so much fun to do with my mom. later the plan was to have a sleep over with bridge and presley, but presley was sick so i had to break the news to the girls who had packed their bags that morning. brooke was at the house doing hair and i didn't know mike was going to be out of town too. we ended up there for a bbq and a sleep over. we had a blast!!!

sunday night we headed over to my parents it was so fun everyone was playing our favorite dr.mario! it was nice to have dad home on a sunday it doesn't happen very often, but it's fun when he's home. we finally pulled ourselves away from playing so late, the best part is that mom's the one that loves it the most. well maybe jack and steven like it just as much they just wouldn't ever admit it.

monday was so nice and lazy i felt like we had been out of town too, from spending the night everywhere. i had a great surprise in the mail. when my friend teddi was in town we started talking about the disney movie "summer magic" with hailey mills we use to watch it all the time when we were kids, but not that many people that i know have seen it. except teddi she use to watch it too! she found it on dvd and sent it to me, how thoughtful! teddi thanks your a great friend. brooke and i had just been talking on sunday about trying to find the old video we use to have. i was so excited so we put landon down for a nap and us girls watched summer magic, it was so fun and my girls loved it!

i hope everyone else had a great long weekend and a great start to summer. i still need to post about graduations i just need to get my act together with the pictures. soon to come.

m.russell ballard's talk was so good, loved it! i'm so glad it's on my tivo list. it made me want to be a better mom and treasure every moment with my kids. i hope my kids know how much i love them and that i would do anything for them. they are such sweet spirits. i'm so blessed to have the privelege to have them in my home everyday and that i'm so lucky that heavenly father gave me the job to be there mom. i want my sweet kids to know that you are never alone that your heavenly father knows each one of you and is always here for you too. love ya my babies!

it was so good to watch conference even though i have to admit i fell asleep a lot. i can't blame the kids they weren't home. the house was so quiet w/o them . rex and i said it would be so weird not to have kiddos running around. it's so neat to see a new prophet and learn more about him. how sweet he is to his wife and funnier than i thought. i can see me leaving a note very similar to his wives haha i'm so grateful for such a wonderful husband how loves me and supports me. love ya babe! i found this quote about pres. monson i thought it was great to hear what others think of him. the late james e. faust 2nd counselor in the 1st presidency, once said of pres. monson; "no one in our time has been called so young to do so much...he is also blessed with so much energy...he's a big man with a big heart." i love this quote there were a lot, but i love that he started so young, it's amazing!

so what's been going on? it's been a busy weekend, week, and then the next weekend. last weekend i had my first experience at the dunes and yes that is us flipped over in the rhino, it was fun, we fell in slow motion.i do have to say i do feel safer in the sand rail. i had such a fun time i hadn't camped since rex and i got married, not that we were really camping we had a big r.v. but we did get dirty or should i say sandy! and we cooked our own food and sat by the camp fire and played cards all night. we had a blast, maybe next time we'll bring the kids.

so we left the dunes, ate yummy food at cracker barrel in yuma then the group literally dropped us off on the the curb of avis car rental.( you can't park an r.v. very easily.) so emily and i rented a car in yuma started driving to L.A. we went in as partners in a fun new women's clothing store CONTAGIOUS. we were doing all our buying in the next couple of days and we really didn't know what to expect, but i was so excited. we shopped with the other partners, early the next morning we started the day. what a great job to pick out stuff you wish would be in every shop. how perfect and hopefully making money at it. our fun boutique will be opening in MAY. i'll keep you all posted, the best part of it all is that everything in the store will be $50 and under!!

saturday afternoon britany offered to have all the kids have a sleep over at her place. who do you know that would pass that up? on top of them being extra whiney! so i was ready to throw a party instead rex headed to preisthood and i took a nice long nap, i was suppose to be ready to go when he got home. of course i was still sleeping (no kids waking me up!) so rex knows me well, he knew i would still be in bed. thank goodness we had to wait for randall and emily to get there. we were heading to dos gringos to meet up with some friends. later our friend shon brought us to his new restraunt GEISHA a go go. it has private karaoke rooms we were having so much fun, we sounded horrible. the best part was that aaron and em couldn't get enough of the microphone! i ended up running into my friend aimee and all her friends they sang with us for awhile it was perfect we had missed her 30th birthday party since we were at the dunes. so i'm glad we could hang out.

syd's four and i can't believe it! all she wanted to do for her party was a easter egg hunt , so we had a scavenger hunt. they had so much fun!!!!!!we had a wonderful time at the park, the weather was beautiful and she had all her friends and family there with her.this little girly is so easy going and almost always smiling, she cares about everyone and has a heart of gold. i'm so glad she's a part of our lives. sydney's favorite thing to tell you, "i love you so much" ( it comes out for her THANK YOU) so right back at you baby I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. happy birthday

SPRING BREAK in San Felipe
we went to san felipe for spring break it was extra busy because the BAJA races were starting in san felipe. we went with my parents and a bunch of other friends. we had so much fun, it was extra windy so we only hung at the beach for alittle bit, the kids didn't mind,but us adults weren't so excited. we ended up hanging out by the pool which was fun. we watched the races that was fun i've never seen anything like it. we also saw a drug bust go down, only in mexico. it was a little too close for comfort so we left.it was a great weekend, i love it there everyone is so laid back, my parents brought the girls to church then they got their hair braided they had been wanting to do that the whole trip!!! then we were on the road again.

who didn't watch the CELEBRITY APPRENTICE? i think it was my favorite one. i wanted trace to win, but i knew the annoying piers would win with all the money he raised.

i love the new song from trace adkins, "your going to miss this." he sang it on the show. i love it, you can download it on itunes and the money goes to his charity.

i think he is so funny and i'm a big fan now!

presley invited sydney to come spend the night , they were heading to the zoo early the next morning with presley's grammy darla. syd was so excited to go, she loves going to presley's house she says she's so lucky, because she has such a cute room and fun toys!

yeah! it's spring break so we brought the kids bowling for family night. we went with the rogers and my parents and brothers met us there later. we ended up staying even later and playing tons of video games. we had so much fun. this is gage he would throw any of the bowling balls heavy or not! he's so cute

i love this picture at christmas time with sydney, aunt xan,coco chanel, and presley. my girls are wanting a dog , which is funny because there kind of scared of them, like me! i promised tatum and syd if they stopped complaining they could have one. we will see, it might be years from now. haha!!! i love my aunt xan she always has a sweet little pup and always dolled up ,so cute!every year my aunt kim host the daley family christmas party at her house she is awesome and it is always a big hit. we do the nativity then a talent show which the kids fall in love with. here's tatum starting out with silent night which she doesn't know the words too, which none of us daley's can sing so it's a pretty funny talent show. i tried to stop her, but kim said no she has more. then she sang i'm a barbie girl. which sounds very innocent to a kid, but it does have some not so good phrases. the grand finale was "don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me?" ok she got some laughs, she also got the talk about her being a queen and "QUEEN'S NEVER MAKE BARGAINS!" kim even gave them a little mary engelbreit picture. they loved it. in fact i couldn't remember the bargain part so i asked syd she reminded me. i have such a wonderful family, even when it's hard to get everyone together we pull it together, we have so much fun together!

so last week at bunko julie was encouraging me to still blog even though i haven't taken any pictures MY CAMERA BROKE so sad, it's really just an excuse. so i finally got the computer out and looked at blogs, then i looked at mine and noticed i've blogged atleast once a month, except for jan. so i'm slacking big time. i do have a big list of goals for this year. and blogging is one and it's the only one i'm not doing so hot with, but everything else is going good. i have read and actually studied the book of mormon, emily and i have decided when reading it we need all the help we can get so we got the book of mormon made easier. it's the best thing ever, we both need new ones we gave ours away! i'm lost without it!

i have been spring cleaning and organizing everything!!!! i have to take advantage of this mood it rarely happens. i even got rid of my cleaners and thinking i could do it myself and put my kids to work. i'm done doing hair so this will help with one of my goals, which is reading to my kids more. i'm actually very excited ,, butt i will miss talking to all my clients . they are all such good friends and i learn so much from them all the time. so now that i've blogged all night i hope i can get my big booty up to meet brooke and emily at the gym another goal, keep up on the working out on a regular basis and eating good that's not going as well. so julie this is why i don't like to write this much it just doesn't sound as good when i write a ton of stuff it probabaly hasn't made any sense, only to me! i will have to add to my to do list fix the camera and add pictures.

we have been talking about going to the hannah montana concert, seems like forever! rex had surprised tatum with it for her birthday. the even better surprise was that sydney, kali, and emily came too. on top of it all we had front row. tatum kept saying she couldn't see and then there was a guy on stage and i told tatum do you see that guy that's where hannah montana will be. she started screaming with excitement! i believe this being their first concert, they now have very high expectations.the girls all day saturday couldn't stop telling him thanks. thanks babe for getting the tickets, we had a blast!
oh yeah i have tell what the girls favorite thing was about the concert, sydney's is all the fun different costumes. and tatum's was when she sang the best of both worlds. mine was the last song when she sang about her papa , so sweet.

i know it has been a couple of weeks, but i haven't put our pictures of the state fair on. tatum is going for another year at dance on the performing team which is her third year and each year i hope and even try to encourage her to quit, but not tatti she is loving it and getting better and better each year.

rex was out of town so i switched kids with emily she took landon and i took kali we had so much fun!
SERIOUSLY check out the picture of the corn dog it really was that BIG! i had to get a picture of little kali holding the HUGE corn dog.

in march for syd's b-day she got the book fancy nancy and ever since they have planned on dressing up as the fancies.( that's how we got our name). no one knew who they were, but they had so much fun! and we didn't even have to buy anything except for landon's top hat. the rest is all dress up stuff. we didn't have to go far and we got lots of candy. the highlight was that i got out of having to dress up. my kids have had it planned what i was going to wear forever! it was a great night grammie and papa were here and steven and his friend brett. bridget and dustin and presley came over later to hang out.

hey everyone we got a new computer and it isn't set up yet and that's why i haven't been on forever. so we have had a lot going on we had l andon, rex tatum and my birthday that almost covers the whole fam except for sydney her birthday is in march. well we've had fall break for almost 2 1/2 weeks now. one more day til tatum goes back we have had a couple of busy weeks.

my sweet friend cami invited me to go to chicago and go to the oprah show. there were four of us girls on the trip me, cami, jaime, and melissa. we were on the show with the author melissa gilbert the book is eat, pray, love. it would have been even more exciting if we would have read the book. we did get the book at the show and i started reading it on the plane and it is a good book, but i really don't make time for reading and i haven't picked it up since.

so oprah looks pretty much the same and acts the same too, she can turn it on and off so quick especially since in the middle of the show they decided to air another show that will be in december. the first show was already on and you can't even see us and we worked so long and hard on our outfits!!!!

chicago is such a fun city, i loved it we went to navy pier, shopped on the magnificent mile and also saw

wicked! we ate all day and night long even if we didn't get the right dessert at one restraunt we went to another! we actually were eating steak and choclate cake, carrot cake, and a couple other desserts while the taxi waited to bring us to the airport!

i'm lying in bed blogging with big huge goggles on and i look over to see how funny i really look cause my husband has the same goggles on! we got lasik done on sat. i'm so excited i can see now, it's been one of the easiest surgeries i've done. your recovery is to sleep and put eye drops in. no problem! six years ago rex and i went in for the consultation i then found out i was pregnant with tatum so rex went ahead and did it. this time he just got an inhancement. rex's twin brother randall and our friend flloyd had it done so we all went together. thanks amanda for driving us you even stopped at mcdonalds for breakfast for all of us kids on valum. i'm so glad you didn't have a camera. i can't believe it the doctor said i'm now seeing 20/20.

i just noticed my last post was aug. so i figured i'd let ya know what i've been up to. first i have to say i'm so excited em has a blog so does amanda and now britt. i'll need to put them on my group list soon. we went to dinner with a bunch of couples to carabas ( one of my faves!) and then went over to gelato freeze next door, some of our friends from our last ward opened it and we thought we would have something sweet and support them. it was so yummy and they decorated it so cute, they even have a fun kids area. so everyone go taste it! williamsfield and market. pb crunch is my fave of course.

7 crazy kids!

well it's been pretty crazy around our house the last couple of days. emilys in the hospital she's too early to have the baby and they've kept her in the hospital to keep a watch on her. in fact sydney's been telling people she's in jail ha ha. she over heard that she feels like it's jail especially em who is always on the go! so on mon. i picked the kids up and went to my parents for my dad's birthday party (i did warn my mom that i would have 7 crazy kids with me!) she was cool she is grammie them too..we had of crazy fun. randall picked the boys and i have the girls and i ended up taking presley also since bridget was leaving early the next morning. WE HAD A FUN BIG SLEEPOVER! the kids have been awesome i mean not awesome enough to ever have 7 kids.

#8talking about kids in the car oohh i hate it when they unbuckle then can't get back buckled by themselves.

Tonto Creek & Cabin

my mom and jack decided to drive up to my grandparents cabin in forest lakes because my grandparents were already up there and they were wanting to hang out with jack before he starts school and real life again. so she decided to be the cool grammie that she is and bring the kids because what is fun at a cabin without kids. tatum was so excited because she has been in school now this is her third week, she was needing a little get away already and mom had already brought sydney and landon up the week before while tatum was at school. so landon had his shoes in hand thinking he's going of course, not today just the girls. so rex and i were excited to just have one kid. we did our usual saturday be lazy until it's off to geckos for lunch with randall and emily and kids. then we went and ran errands and did some shopping for new clothes for me. we quickly realized the girls are much easier to shop with than boys! we really had a fun day just hanging with landon. he's so much fun. well the girls got home late that night while rex and i were out to dinner with our friends cami and micah. so the next morning we heard about all the fun they had at the cabin and fishing at the creek. it's so fun to hear and crazy to see the pictures it reminds me of being a kid and doing the same stuff. i'm so glad my kids got the chance to experience, just a little of what we did growing up. we use to go up to the cabin all the time as kids. my grandpa would bring us fishing all the time we loved it. we wouldn't leave til we all had a fish. then we would have trout for dinner that night. i have so many wonderful memories of trips with my grandparents most of the places that i've visited are with my grandparents. (i will have to find some old pictures of us and post it.) it's always been a fun thing for them to bring us to fun places they still love disneyland. just a few years back for their 50th they brought the whole fam to disneyland. they are the best grandparents you could ask for. they have always known how important family is. i'm sure thats why my mom & dad makes it a priority that family comes first too. ok i'll stop now that's the most i've ever written hopefully it makes sense.

syd was so excited at first, but then realized it's still moving. she is so my kid!

don't you love sydney's outfit, the shoes she brought she had already grew out of so she's wearing some of carters i know she can fit carters, but not hers. i guess she was a little concerned about wearing them bacause she said they didn't match her outfit, but she always ends up picking comfort...that's my sydney girl...i love you so much.

so i was going to add even more pictures, but it won't let me and that's my sign to stop. and landon is not feeling good he is pretty warm, i think he's getting more teeth. i was going to put on the pictures of swimming lesson, you can look on bridget's blog there doing swimming lessons with presley. they are doing so well. they almost scare me more now. especially sydney she has improved the most before she wouldn't even put her face in the water, now she will jump in without letting you know, she does finally get to the side. we are very proud of her, and by the way it helps because both of the girls have a crush on the teacher tyler.

they released me from nursery and now i'm on the activity committee and our stake had a carnival. we had so much fun i was helping at the basketball booth while rex and steven brought the kids around to all the booths then when it got late i sent them home with sleepy landon. and me and the girls had so fun some of their friends that live around the corner from us showed up and we hung out with them. katlyn and celeste are very sweet and we waited in the line for the horses for atleast 45 min. and then tatum was scared to get on i made her get on. she gets scared of stuff just just like me, sorry sweetie!

dancing queens

the girls have been taking dance for 2 years at sas dance in gilbert. they have been loving it, showing off their moves and getting to see friends every week. in june they had a performance at higley high the inaugural ball.... the dance studio always does cute things they are so creative. tatum actually has been in dance for two years and syd one. tatum is in a performing group which after the first year i thought i would be a better dance NO i'm not every year i want to quit, but not the girls they love it and there doing better each year. so we are doing it again it already started up again. atleast this year there not going to disneyland.

i hung out at brooke's house all day fri. i blogged while brooke organized her room. so this is what the kids did after the naps. they love going in the closet and goofing around. kennedi looks like she is impressed with landon, they have so much fun together! and of course landon and sydney were having fun wrestling, they do this at home all the time they were having fun with all the paper. i hung at brooke's while tatum was at school. her school is just down the street so i hang there a lot. she wears a uniform and hates it! if i don't bring a change of clothes or she's in a bad mood, so today is the last day of school so get a good look at this picture of the uniform she's going to ryan elementary in the neighborhood. and regular clothes from now on yohoo!!!!

so if anyone is wondering why i named my blog pagina's family. when rex and i were dating he started calling me pagina it's paige in spanish . sounds like "pawheena" totally different than what it looks like. he still will sometimes call me that and i love it. he went to argentina on his mission and does not use his spanish as much as he use to. in fact we use to say we would teach are kids spanish at a young age let me correct myself rex would teach them spanish i don't know the language. but then you have the kids and it's totally different just like when we were first married and we wanted twins silly...brooke is the only one in the fam at the time that had a kid and thought we were crazy, she knew how hard one was already. she should have never thought it was crazy because she was blessed with her cute double troubles!!

We got this cute book for Sydney's 3rd birthday from Aunt Stephanie. It fit's the girls SO perfect. They love dress up and anything girly with glitter and glam. We read this book like 20 times the night we got it and it's now our family favorite.
